Plot can come later. What you need to establish first is a universe! In which all of this makes sense can be accepted. Then you would need a place as in, location. Where would the majority of this be held? Once you got that down you can add a time period or say what is available in this time period to add further details to it. Once you have the universe and location down let the characters come to life and explore it. Let them test it out a bit see them get use to it. While we do that you can be behind the curtain coming up with the plot. Maybe first come up with a very small subplot that could lead to the bigger huge plot or just start small before coming up with a concise idea!



Either way I am still super excited for your idea. Gives me a chance to bring forth another character I have had in the works.

I just remembered the existence of this place and the vague memories I have from here.
