Located out into the country side are a few homes.
Meru Hayama's home is one of them.
A small fenced white house located beside a fresh water stream.
Along the side of the house she tends to a garden of fruits and vegetables.

The house has two floors...
2 Bedrooms and a bathroom located on the 2nd floor.
The inside is Victorian with framing decor very similar to floral patterns.
The intricate designs of vines make it feel like a snowy forest since everything is white.

Inside her room she has a small teddy bear that lays outstretched under her pillow.
Meru also has a small flower pot on her bedroom windowsill that she allows no one to even look at.
A solemn yellow lily sprout that had been growing for about 3 years now.

Miss Meru also has no tv in her house, but a cheap grand piano in her living area with a dining table.
Her kitchen is primp and tidy.
Spices on the counters and hand written notes of recipes on the fridge.

The smell of sweets is always present to every guest who wanders by.

A few hours passed as Meru slowly began to move her fingers and toes.

That vision...
It felt like I was trapped in it...
My soul was...

"Mmm~" Meru yawned as she grabbed a small knit bag and threw it over her shoulder.
"I should go get some answers..."

Strolling along the country side, he found himself admiring the garden outside the house...and then there was that sweet aroma...

She had to have some good sugar in that house.

As Jack walked up to the door, his eyes started to glow as he picked up a few not so good emotions...and it also felt as if Meru...was not Meru.

"Only one way to find out, Master."

He knocked on the door, awaiting Meru's response.

Jack could hear rustling and crashing as someone rushed around inside and opened the door slightly.
He could see Meru's figure, in exception to the "Pink" strands of hair over blue eyes as she peeked through the door.
"Can I help you?" she panted softly, still taking caution behind the door.

Pink hair...pink hair...

Since when did Meru have pink hair? And blue eyes....?

Interesting.

"Sorry about coming this late, but could I trouble you for some sugar?" Jack shivered a bit. He should have picked a thicker shirt...

"Would you also mind if I came in?"

Emru nodded slowly opening the door to let you inside as everything
behind her floated around into it's right location before you came in.
I didn't think people actually borrowed sugar anymore...

"So sugar huh...?"
Emru walks into the kitchen.
"Bwah...sugar...sugar...is that what kids call it nowadays?" she began opening cabinets.

As Jack walked in, he noticed it surprisingly tidy... he could've swore he heard rustling and crashing...maybe she fell.

Anyways, he might as well do some small talk.

"Yep, sugar, I've been asked to retrieve some for her sugary crusade... and what do you mean by what I call it these days?"

Well now...

This didn't feel like Meru...so he supposed it was her other personality.

It also appeared that they were Korean... or at least Meru was. The person right now couldn't read that Korean gibberish...and neither could he.

Which is how he was now standing there as 'Meru' was wiping the white stuff off his shoes, since it was revealed not to be sugar.

As he looked down on her, he couldn't help but have flashbacks to another pink-head on her knees...ah.

"Master, I believe you're thinking about it just a bit too much..."

Why would you sa-oh. OH. Thanks for looking out Zero.

Jack shifted his weight and adjusted his pants to hide the results of his memories.

"Um, it'd be very bad to have salt... and it's no problem...can I ask why you dyed your hair pink?"

Emru stood and dusted off her hands into the sink as she washed them off.
"I didn't...it'll be back to normal by morning," she sighed as she began looking
through the jars yet again on her tip-toes.
After a few minutes, Emru found...

The only bag...
All the way at the front...
Labeled clear as day...in English.

SUGAR.
It sat right there in plain sight.

She face palmed herself as she emptied some out in a clean jar.
"Here you go," she sealed it and wrapped a bow and ribbon around it.
Meru's style.

What? Back to normal in the morning...what kind of...

He was just a bit too curious. And he had his sugar finely wrapped... just one more question...

"Thank you very much for the sugar. And, if I may ask, who are you?" Even though she was a part of Meru, she had to have her individuality.

: Enter Noboru:
*Why are we here again?
*The REAL goal of the assignment is to socially connect to our classmates.
"Yup he's got it right. That and I felt like saying hi."

-Noboru knocks on the door hoping not to walk in on something... out of the ordinary-

Emru Hayama. Meru Hayama.

How nice and fitting.

"It's been a pleasure, Ms. Emru. Thank you for your kindness in this late hour in my time of need. If you ever need something mechanically related...I owe you a favor."

He paused as he was walking out to see... Hajime.

"Hello Hajime. Good bye Hajime."

"Hahaha demon boy? If it won't be of trouble to you."
*What in the hells? Did she just call us demons?!
"What else can anyone call us hahahaha"
