I started watching Hitman Reborn.
It's not a lot of action at the beginning but after episode like 25 it starts to get good. =D

And because of it, I wanted to make an rp related to it... lol

Well. We know the basics of what Reborn is.

From the 100 episodes I've watched...

It's about the Mafia and the strongest mafia family has 7 rings that are powerful and hold great power.
Everyone is after them, but 10 years later the rings do not exist.
Um... and the whole thing with the other rings and the pacifiers.
