::enter's festival::

Quintan was pretty astounded by the looks of the festival even Netsu cheeped in excitement. Back in Infernia he didn't have any festivals or anything to attend, Infernia wasn't the place for fun and relaxation. He decided to buy some sweets to take home for snacks later on.

The underwater ferris wheel? Didn't know those things could work underwater but sure.

As Quintan and Damien begin to walk to the ferris wheel he begins to talk about the assignment, might as well while they are here together.

Hm, so that assignment of ours.. Care to give some insight on your ability? i'm not requiring every bit of it just enough to get me by in the class is all I really need.

Quintan felt quite relaxed in the ferris wheel. He looked at Netsu who also was enjoying the underwater scenery. He looked through the glass seeing himself in the reflection now fully noticing how far he's come on his own. He smiled at Damien's attempt to blow up a cloud with his breathe on the glass. Quintan puffed a cloud much larger than Damien's he naturally has a lot of heat in his body which in turn allowing him to blow out much hotter air than Damien.

My abilities, well I guess people mistake it for fire hearing what Jack said. But my ability comes down to the molecular level. I can vibrate molecules and atoms within anything and everywhere pretty much meaning my ability is based on heat control or temperature rising. That's just the basics there's more to it I have to practice more with it because I'm not use to fighting with my heat ability.

Heh yea if I was a psycho I could pretty much make this little compartment a nice toasty oven but I'm not psycho you don't have to worry about anything.

Quintan reached in his pocket for some of the sweets he bought earlier and eats some while sharing with Netsu. Though this being his first time actually hanging out with Damien he seemed to be a pretty cool guy overall.

Quintan wondered if Damien thought he really had no control over his powers. Either way they were questions worth answering seeing as this just might be for the assignment.

The way I extract my ability is by using my own natural energy it's best I wear my battle gloves as they are strictly customized to create better precision with my heat release. Without my gloves the heat can expand in places I don't want it to go. If I were to touch something molecules don't automatically activate it only activates when I'm releasing my energy. How much control do I have? Pretty much I have full control, there's a 0% chance that molecules will go wild to the point I can't control them because I control how hyperactive the molecules get. Once I release the area I was targeting to cause the molecules to vibrate they will gradually return to their normal state so the heat effect only last as long as I'm forcing the area to heat up. Now let's say there's a forest fire or something I wouldn't be able to control that heat because I don't decrease temperatures I can only increase it with my natural energy. That's about it in a nutshell..

No problem, and it's ok you gave me what I really wanted to know, I only need enough information to get by in the class. Well I have one question I guess it has nothing to do with the assignment. What reasons have you come to here to Koukou no Shourai?

Quintan loved to ask that question if there was anything he did like to hear it was the different responses people have for coming here to this place. No one has seemingly come here for the same reasons he did which didn't really bother him was just something to notice. The only thing he could hope for is that he didn't run into anyone who was in opposition with Infernia.

Hmm, freedom? Sounds similar to some birds trapped in cages who want to get out. Whatever is holding you down or keeping you in bondage one day I'm sure you'll be free. If there's anything I can do to help I'll do my best to. Don't think your alone, help from others is always beneficial.

The last sentence was pretty ironic for Quintan to say seeing as he's been making it on his own for 10 years. He looked back out the glassed window getting yet another wonderful view of the water before the Ferris Wheel begins to pull up out of the water. Quintan sighed seeing how it was already over. He never had time to do these kinds of things, or at least he wasn't use to do these things causing him to think he never had time for such things.

Quintan gets a mental shock as he remembers Phearis' offer for dinner. He hope he's not running on late time. Though enjoying the festival it was pretty vital that he leave. If is hover board was in 100% working condition he could get there in no time, but unfortunately he had to use his feet.

Hey Damien, I'm sorry about this but I forgot I have another event to attend to. I really appreciate you inviting me here to the festival and it was nice to get to know you better. Sorry again, but I have to run.

Quintan literally meant what he said as he began to run off towards Phearis' home.
