  1. Only Anime/Manga chars.
  2. Respect the other rules of the forum.
  3. Respect the Admins , and the moderators.
  4. A new character profile isn't necessary however a picture on the initial post will be necessary in so that others will know who they are fighting. This includes even the more popular and known characters.
